Getting started · Toor
Get access, prepare your workspace and follow a simple sample booking from enquiry to delivery.
The website registration flow is currently a simulation: it does not create an account or collect payment. Toor staff access requires approval by your workspace owner.
Set up with confidence
Open Toor and sign in using the configured account. If access is pending, ask your workspace owner to approve your staff role. Signing in alone does not grant staff access.
Your owner or global manager can review members and invitations in Team. Confirm responsibilities and booking ownership before working together.
Open Clients and search existing records first. Create a fictional test client if needed. Link a partner agency when your enquiry comes through an intermediary.
In Bookings, add the client, destination, dates, passenger count, currency and responsible staff. Review Overview, then use the detail tabs to build the itinerary and quotation.
Review services, costs and selling prices before sharing a proposal. Confirm readiness checks and keep changes linked to the booking.
Open Today and Tasks for follow-ups, owners and due dates. Assign booking ownership deliberately so the right staff can access the file.
Inside the workspace, search Help for a feature or workflow. The Helpdesk guide and User Manual are available there as PDF and Word downloads.
Tell us what you tried, what you expected and what happened. Use fictional details when testing.
